MEMBERSHIP

Membership of the Association is important. The Association does a lot of work for the Bangladeshi community and the wider community sector in the area of the former county of Avon. It is driven by the membership. If you want to influence the way we operate and what we do you need to be a member.

Members decide who will be the officers and committee of the Association - and if you would like to be an officer of the Association you need to have been a member consistently for two years.

To vote for committee and officers you need to have been a member for two months. With an election coming up in May 2008 now is a good time to take out or renew your membership.

Membership costs £3 per annum.

Membership with newsletters (monthly) posted to your home is £5 per annum.

If you have an email address and use it regularly you can take out an e-membership for FREE until the end of 2008 providing you register using the form below before 20 March 2008. Newsletters will be emailed to you. It does not include newsletters posted to you. An e-membership entitles you to the same benefits as a full membership.
